Your order will be shipped to the selected store within the following deadlines:

- 7 business days.

You will receive a notice in your registered email at the time of purchase when your order is available for pickup at the select store.

To withdraw you must present the purchase confirmation email. If you cannot withdraw, you can authorize a third party, who must present their identity card and purchase confirmation email.

At the time of withdrawing your purchase you will be asked to sign a compliant withdrawal receipt. Therefore, it is your responsibility to review your order before signing said document. Once removed from the store, requests for erroneous or incomplete delivery are not accepted.

If your order is incomplete, you must immediately notify the store staff, who will request your information to ship the missing product to your home within the same region as the store. In the withdrawal receipt that you sign, you must specify which product you removed and which one was pending.

If your order is incorrect, you must immediately notify the store staff, who will request your information to ship the correct product to your home within the same region as the store. In this case you should not sign the receipt, as you will not make any withdrawals.
